Department of Hindi

Introduction:

The department of Hindi was started in the year of 1993 in Toshniwal Arts, Commerce and Science College, Sengaon with commitment to excellent teaching the students for creative writing in Hindi; effectively speak Hindi language and moral human beings. The department encourages and prepares its students to participate in various Hindi debates and declamation, competitions, further, the department aims and creating confidence among the students to face the examination boldly. The department also guides the student literary matters higher studies and career counseling.

Aim:

• The aim of department of Hindi has not only giving good knowledge of Hindi language and literature but also cultivates spirit of patriotism and a sense of national integration among the students.

Objectives:

1. To enhance and foster students interest in learning Hindi language and literature.
2. To make students to be able to stand on their own by acquiring the basic skills of Hindi language learning.
3. To make students job efficient and create job skills required for employment and make them self-reliable.
4. To provide platform for students to build their career in Hindi language and creative writing.
5. To provide information of immense job opportunities in the field of language and literature.
6. To contribute in the development of this area by producing potential manpower in the form of students.
7. To create awareness to preserve endangered dialects of the native language of tribal and other related community in this area.
